At Old Salt Co-Op, we stand by the quality of our goods and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in their original, unused condition. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so we make our reclamation process as straightforward as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
